Narendra Modi May be the Greatest Indian PM after Nehru

Jwaharlal Nehru led India for 17 years before a stab by China, broke his heart and he died. But despite some glaring blunders where he was outclassed by Mao and General Ayub, Nehru gave India the foundation of the present democracy. After Nehru a series of nondescript prime ministers appeared and that includes Indira Gandhi who divided India on basis of religion. There are men who will go in the dustbin of history, like IK Gujral, Charan Singh, Dev Gowda and one or two more like Manmohan Singh. No leader of stature emrged and its only now that Narendra Modi has appeared on the scene. He has revitalized the Indian mind and it looks like that India is on the up with this man at the helm of affairs. Modi has a great chance to make history and I hope he will not be found wanting .

Defeat of Congress party is end of Cronyism and "Chamchagiri

An important fallout of the likely Comgress defeat is the end of cronyism or as we say in hindi CHAMCHAGIRI. The man who led all India in this is the Prime Minister Man Mohan Singh. Having a zero political base  Man Mohan Singh became a toady of the Gandhi family. He always said "Yes sir, yes sir 3 bags full...".

India must move forward and forget about the decade under Congress rule as bad dream with only corruption, nepotism and cronyism to show. PROGRESS? Dont ask about it.
Will modi be better. So far he has had a very short stint, but the men who surround Modi him perhaps won't let him clean the stables which stink.

Defeat of Congress is end of Nehru Dynastic Rule

The Congress party in all probability will be defeated. It will also be the lowest tally ever. What does this portend? It means the complete failure and rejection of Rahul Gandhi ny the electorate. It also means that the Charisma and elan of Gandhi-Nehru family is finally over.

in a way its good thing as India was a laughing stock in the world where the person holding the reins of power was a Italian. I could die laughing on a bed of nails at this ludicrous scenario. It can happen only in India

How Does a Women Feel Living in Purdah and being a Second Wife

I had read that Muslim personal law which is very much in force in Middle East allows a man to have 4 wives. During my stay in the UAE, I also saw many local women wearing the Burkha that covered their face hands and body leaving only the eyes free. I wondered how these women felt in living a life in a Burkha and as part of a harem. I had my chance as I met and became friends with a woman in Dubai, who I met at the beauty parlor. I asked her this question.
She hesitated to reply but over a cup of coffee bared her heart to me. She was the younger wife of a man who was double her age and she didn’t like it one bit. She was also not happy with the Burkha, but she was forced to wear one when stepping out and she could not do anything about it. She hated multiple marriages with the same man, but again she had no say and living the wife of a man already married was not what she liked. She disliked being undressed before another nude wife for love. I am appalled. What is the solution?

Kejriwal is a big Balloon

Arvind kejriwal has tried to change the rules of politics in India. He has tried many tricks, but a close look at his actions will reveal that he is consumed by passion to be the Prime Minister of India. Nothing wrong with it , except the methods he has used smack of something devious. he criticizes the Congress, yet secretly he almost shakes their hand. Just look at the way he backed down during the recent dharna on the removal of the Police personnel. He accepted the face saver given by the Congress party and has now aligned with them against the BJP. In short Kejriwal is a big balloon and like a balloon he will burst

Prime Minister Manmohan Singh has Shown Petulant and Servility

Prime Minister Manmohan Singh addressed a press conference on 3rd January. This was his last press conference as he had been told in no uncertain terms that he must make way for Rahul Gandhi. The PM in the conference looked forlorn and lost.

One thing that stood out a mile is that the PM had his script dictated by someone else. He in a colorless way attacked Narendra Modi hurling choicest barbs at him. So unlike the sardar.  Obviously he had been told to mouth these cliches. Being a political feather weight with no mass following among people and party, Manmohan showed he never had any spine.

He tried to gloss over the rampant corruption under him. It is a fact that cabinet ministers partook of this loot, yet the sardar claimed that ' all is well'. History will not forgive him his softness and even connivence with all round corruption.Under

Having no mass following of his own, he was petulant of the mass following of Narendra Modi who is a peoples leader. Hence his frustrated outburst against Modi.

But he took the cake when he said that 42 :year old Rahul Gandhi is the best material for Prime Minister. Could he have had guts to say anything else? Its good this man who could not even win a  Panchayat election, let alone a parliamentary seat will go. We should thank him for it.

I have one last point. Manmohan Singh is a Sikh, yet he joined the very party that stood by when thousands of Sikhs were massacred in India. What has this man to say about all this?

Nitesh Kumar Has Cooked his own Goose by Leaving the BJP

Politics in Bihar is always volatile. A case in point is Nitesh Kumar. This man to my mind has shot his bolt at the wrong time. His dictate for his action is his desire to be the Prime Minister of India and along with it is a big J. The man is simply jealouse of Narendra Modi and his rise like a Phoenix in Indian politics. Nitesh parted company with BJP hoping the Congress will align with him. But the Congress party has given him the boot and allied with Lalu Prasad Yadav, who has vowed to crush Nitesh. Lalu is out on bail and he is still a potent force. Nitesh thus I feel is the loser. The next general election may well see him marginalized. It may be a sad end for Nitesh Kumar who has allowed his personal liking and disliking to influence his actions. The Modi Jaggurnaut will roll and Nitesh is likely to be crushed. Its not good to be jealouse in life.
