Integration of Kashmir with India

One fact that stands out is that the Kashmir problem is the creation of a weak Indian leadership. The first culprit was Jwaharlal Nehru who took the matter to the United Nations and security council, thus internationalizing the issue and second his promise of a plebicite. It beats the minds of people how Nehru could have committed such blunders. He followed up by adding a constitutional amendement in the form of Article 370 which conferred 'special status' on Kashmir. Having committed such blunders, the indian governmenet cannot say it is not a disputed state. The USA, West and Pakistan do not thus recognize the accession of kashmir to India as full and final. Frankly they cannot be blamed as the Indian leadership has not rectified the faults of Nehru( perhaps the one leader who will go down in history as the man who left perpetual problems after creating them). Even in the 21st century the contentious Article 370 remains. This article needs to be deleted and the special status of Kashmir done away with. secondly why not have a plebicite in Kashmir? If need be the valley be seperated from Hindu Jammu and Ladakah and then watch whether the Muslims of the valley want to go with Pakistan? It requires a statesman to solve the problem. Can such a leader emerge? That is the million dollar question.

Who was the Best ruler Pakistan ever Had

Pakistan is the warped image of India. Both countries have a similar heritage and ethos, having been created from British India. But here the similarity ends as Pakistan is more a Frankestein, a mutant ugly and full of sores, while india has comparatively moved forward. During this period of turmoil, Pakistan has had rulers who were ego centric and failed to see the good of Pakistan. Leaders like Zulfikar Ali Bhutto, who helped break Pakistan and General Zia ul Haq, who ushered in islamic mores and encouraged terrorism. In this turmoil only 2 men of some standing emerge namely general Ayub Khan and General Musharraf. Unfortunately Musharraf has soiled his hands with a treacherous attack in Kargil. Ayub is the thus the sole Pakistan leader who brought a semblence of stability in Pakistan. General Ayub ruled for 10 years and during this time he kept Pakistan relatively modern. He deserves credit that during his 10 year rule he saw Pakistan remain relatively free from secterian voilence. I vote for General Ayub Khan as the best President Pakistan ever had.

Pakistan Hangs terrorists: May be Counter Productive

The news emanating from Pakistan is not good. After the wanton attack on the Army Public School by the Pakistan Taliban which led to 132 children being killed, the Pak army has acted to avenge the killings of children. The Army Public School had wards mostly from army personnel as such the Pakistan army felt the greater pain. a reaction was expected and it has come like a coiled spring. To start with 6 terrorists have been hanged within hours of the massacre of children. Pakistan had enforced a moratorium on hangings since 2008, when Asif Zardari was president. This is now set aside and a start is made with 6 hardened terrorists hanged. This is just the beginning and general Rahil the Chief of the Army has urged the Prime Minister Sharif to immediately hang 350 terrorists within 48 hours, who are on death row. The pain of the Pakistan army is understood as so many officers and soldiers have lost children ( shot to death). But again these hangings if carried out en masse and 400 are hanged may have a whiplash from the terror groups who will now seek further revenge for these hangings. its a no-win situation and the blame is on the Pakistan establishment that nurtured these terror groups and now the proteges haave turned against their mentor.

Birds have come Home to Roost: Terrorist Movement is Created by Pakistan Itself

The news coming from Pakistan is heart rending. A school catering mainly to children of military personnel was attacked by the Pakistan Taliban and as per the last reports more than 126 children have been killed. The news tells us that there were 6 dare devil Mujahaddin from the Taliban who attacked the school and have now been eliminated by crack troops of the Pakistan army. This is not good news as it would have been better to capture at least one or two of them to glean information about the further attacks planned. Much as we sympathize with the parents of the young children killed by a brutal opponent, the fact is that the Pakistan official policy of running with the hound and hunting the hare has been one of the causes of this tragedy. Pakistan set up training camps for terrorists and the military and political establishment thought that these terrorists trained at these camps would bring India down to its knees. The previous army chief General Kayani felt the Taliban gave Pakistan a strategic depth in defence. One can't imagine how divorced from reality was this concepts of the Pakistan army and it's army chief. It was but natural that some of these terror groups would turn on the Pakistan state itself and seize political power to establish their own dream of Islamic caliphate based solely on the Sharia. This has now happened and the protege has turned against its own mentor. The seeds of the rise of the Taliban lie in the attitude of the Pakistan military and political establishment. They treated the extremists with soft gloves and hoped that they would himble India. Exactly the opposte has happend as the Pakistan Taliban has done the unthinkable: opened a frontier which was earlier considered taboo. I wonder if this attack will bring any realization to the military and political establishment, that trying to prop up terror groups is bad state policy.

When will Modi Learn Mao's Dictum" Power comes out of the Barrell of a Gun" ?

Narendra Modi is the Prime Minister of India. Before I add anything further it must be remembered that successive Indian leaders from the time of Jawaharlal Nehru failed to reaize the geo-political forces in the world heralded by Military power and surrendered the leadership of Asia to China. They made the nation Pakistan centric and reduced the importance of India as a world power. The ills of 60 years cannot be set aside in a day, but now Modi has to make a start and understand that there is no substitute to military power for the nation to play a geo-political role. It has not heldped down the decades the the Chiefs of the Indian army have been men of straw who have bowed double to their poltical masters with the result that a sense of alienation is coming in the rank and file of the army and allied services.
Maoi has come on a wave, but waves ebb also and recede and Modi has a lot to do to restore Indian prestige. He must first realize that Mao tes Tung was a great thinker and one of his quotes that 'Power comes out of the Barrell of a gun" is proved true many times over. Nehru and his ilk committed a cardinal blunder in thinking the military was a relic of the Raj and must be isolated and kept down. It was a foolish approach and he paid with his reputataion and died a broken man, humilaited in the world with the slap by China. He also committed blunders in Kashmir, when witha military victory on the cards he called of the operations and approached the Unted Nations.
Has Modi learn't the lessons of history? It appears he is following the Nehruvian agenda again. There is no thought of military parity with China. He again has treated the armed forces in a scurvy fashion. He has failed to sanction a pet and legitimate demand of soldiers for One Rank One Pension(OROP) and has played to the gallery ( read Muslim sentiments in Kashmir) by condemning the Indian army troops for some killings in Kashmir which s nothing but collateral damage. Which leader in the world talks like this and shows that Modi has little knowledge of the army as an instrument of power and position in the world. he must read Mao , otherwise he may well end up as another Nehru.

A Post that Says Generals and politicians have Failed the Army: Kashmir Imbroglio

This is reproduced froma post on a Ex Servicemans site. I acknowledge the contribution of the anonymous retired Lieutenant Colonel
Free India legion As per reports, soldiers on the sentry duty on the army camp, did not fire upon the approaching terrorist vehicle because of caution imposed on them after the Anantnag incident. Sentry challenging procedures are now things of the past. We are now engulfed by WOM (War by Other Means). Sentries are knocked out first. There is a need to refine these outmoded methods. A "LAXMAN REKHA" needs to be drawn around all fixed localities with a public warning, that anyone crossing it would be shot. A CCTV monitoring system with audio warning system have to be installed in sensitive localities. Time to upgrade our security apparatus keeping in view of the changing form of war, highlighted by the WOM. Why does not this nation and its leaders understand the nuances of this "Designer war" heaped upon India by Pakistan since 1989? Unfortunately, even most military minds, both serving and retired, have failed to understand the reality of this war. It has nothing to do with 'Law and Order' ; it is war, Sir! Most important , it is for Generals to understand and grasp its characteristics and stop reacting to civilian hue and cry --- they will keep shouting and whining for whatever you do. "Was it a mistake"? This question goes to the Army Cdr and the Corps cdr who jumped to conclusions when some young men got killed, on a case of mistaken identity, perpetuated by the unwillingness of the youngsters to stop when challenged. Now, what do they have to say? They had betrayed their own soldiers, who became cautious in a War Zone, and the result is for everyone to see. GENERALS SHOULD STOP PLAYING TO THE GALLERY, AND ALLOW SOLDIERS TO DO THEIR JOB. In fighting WOM launched by enemy, genuine mistakes will take place, because terrorists do not roam with headbands. We ought to accept such mistakes when we deploy the army for restoration of the situation. Everyone must understand the real purpose of AFSPA. It is meant to cover unintentional mistakes made by soldiers in the course of the performance of their duty. Any order which prevents soldiers full liberty and freedom, is counter productive and it ought to be countermanded. When Anantnag incident took place last month, Corps Commander of 15 corps and Army Commander of Northern Command, had both called it a mistake, obviously giving a wrong message to commanders down the line. And the result is what happened at URI, the other day. Stop sermonizing soldiers ---- instead, give them full support for their actions.

A Voice of Anguish: Will Anything Happen?

Here is a post recieved from a CISF officer. it is worth reading it.

Dear Brig. Kamboj Sir, Please print this piece of writing in the IESM blog. This is not at all any political opinion but I am purely addressing the long suffering predicaments, continuous loss of life and limbs of the Indian Army and CRPF personnel, something cannot be allowed to go on any longer. When in the last four days fifteen CRPF personnel and ten Indian Army personnel lost their life in fighting terrorists, we saw the most disgraceful behaviour of the opposition led a disgraceful direction-less man who and his party still want to see him as a future PM. The opposition spent three days shouting, screaming and disrupting the parliamentary work on a TRIVIAL COMMENT by a female parliamentarian which any other country's politicians would not have given two hoots about it.

HOW COME SUCH POLITICIANS BEHAVE SO BADLY AND DO NO REAL WORK IN THE PARLIAMENT AND GET AWAY WITH IT WITHOUT PAYING ANY PRICE YEAR ON YEAR? The failures of the spineless politicians of all parties to deal with terrorism both by pakis and internally is beyond any limit and unparalleled seen anywhere in the world. I will just give a few examples-

* In October 1947 a complete winnable war within another few hours, pro-Pakistani Nehru gave away 40% of Kashmir to Pakistan and he made such a blunder of going for plebiscite which no other winning Army has ever done anywhere in the world.

** The Naxalite/Maoist movements started in 1967 and it is still there after 48 years. No politician including Modi is prepare a take a decisive decision to CRUSH IT ONCE FOR ALL leaving CRPF personnel slaughtered every now and then since 1967.

*** The blunder of pro-Pakistani and anti-Armed forces Nehru in 1962 India-China War caused enormous loss of life and injuries but no lesson was learnt.

**** In 1965 War, all the strategically advantageous places were given away by Sastri, once again India showed it's failure to deal firmly with rogue Pakis.

***** In 1971 war after taking 93,000 prisoners when Pakis were on their knees and where India could make Pakis agree to completely give up the demand of Kashmir then released the 93,000 prisoners without any condition. Once again one of the biggest blunders of Indira Gandhi. The Great Sam Manekshaw was shocked with the decision and said to Indira Gandhi "They (Pakis) made you a fool of yourself".

****** In 1999 Kargil War, Indian Army lost 579 life and nearly 2000 serous injuries simply because of weak Vajpayee would not allow Indian Air Force to cross the LoC and bomb occupied positions of Pakis. So was his utter failure to deal with Pakis after the parliament attack in 2002. HE WAS STILL INVITING MUSHARAFF FOR BIRIYANI IN AGRA. He should have been thrown into the dustbin after the war for his giving two hoots with the life of Indian soldiers while he himself was in three-tyre security cover.

******* 2008 Mumbai terror attack was totally conducted by Paki ISI and Army but still no action was taken and India continued appeasement policies with bizarre propaganda of AAMAN KI AASHA.

******** Since 1982 Khalistani (Sponsored by Pakis) movement and more so over the last 32 years Pakis are totally carrying out a proxy-war where victims are mostly Indian Army, BSF, CRPF personnel and civilians those living in border areas and bomb-blasts victims. I can go on with the list as long as my arm.
The entire nation had so much expectation of Modi but it appears he is no different from any of the previous weak PMs when it comes to dealing with Pakis and terrorism.

Since becoming PM, Modi has become A GANDHIAN, HAVING A GANDHI'S STATUE IN HIS OFFICE AND PROMOTING GANDHI ANYWHERE AND EVERYWHERE. Gandhi was a creation of most devious and evil British to keep the Indians subjugated in a manipulated way. Modi made a promise earlier to Great Netaji Subhas Bose's family, that, he would reveal Mukharjee Commission Report and now even from that, he has backed off. Why? Is it to safeguard Gandhi, Patel and Nehru and their roles against Great Netaji

Subhas Bose, the greatest freedom fighter India ever had. With such low life politicians in the parliament, is it any wonder why Paki kicks our knees everyday, will continue to do so and why OROP is still a SEE-SAW? Jai Hind and Vande Mataram. Amit Bhadhuri Ex-CISF and IESM Member

Remembering Ken Nortan: Was he the Greater Boxer than Muhammed Ali ?

Legends are made and then they live forever. The recent death of Ken Norton at the age of 70 is the death of one such legend. Norton was suffering for 2 years from a variety of ailments and finally the boxer passed away on 19 September 2013. Norton was different from Ali. Whereas Ali dodged the draft by making incendiary statements like “The Vietcong don’t call me Nigger”. In contrast Norton served in the army from 1963-72. Ali converted to Islam; he was Cassius Clay earlier, while Norton struck to the roots of what he had been brought up as, a Christian.
The fights between Norton and Ali are the stuff legends are made off. In the first bout in 1973, Norton battered Ali and broke his Jaw. This is no mean feat against a boxer of the caliber of Ali, who had won the world heavyweight boxing title 3 times. Ali was confused with the tactics of Norton and lost the fight on points. In two other fights Ali won, but on points though many felt the real winner was Norton. Why, this happened? The fact is that the powers that be in the boxing world had decided that Ali must be champion and thus Norton had to lose. All the same Norton and Foreman are bracketed with Ali. We must bear in mind that if Norton and Foreman were not there would Muhammad Ali be as great? Norton won 33 out his 42 bouts and that is feat by itself. He was ailing during the last 2 years and finally father time took its toll and Norton is no more. But he has done enough to be remembered as a great fighter, a man who broke the Jaw of Ali and almost beat him in subsequent encounters. He packed a vicious punch

Navjot Singh Sidhu, Salman Khan and now Jayalalitha: Indian Judiciary has not changed .

In 2007 Navjot Singh Sidhu the BJP leader from Punjab was convicted by the Punjab and Haryana High Court of Man Slaughter and sentenced to 2 years in prison. Sidhu appealed to the Supreme Court , which stayed the punishment. Now 7 years have elapsed and the Supreme Court has not found time to hear the case of Sidhu. In the meantime the Sikh is enjoying himself and minting money with television shows. Alas what ails Indian judiciary and in particular the Supreme Court that the case of Sidhu is not decided in 7 years? Take the case of Salman Khan convicted for a jail term of 5 years under the wild life act and ths man is also roaming free. The latest is the corruption case against Jayalalitha the ex-Chief Minister of Tamilnadu, who like others has been able to get a reprieve from the Supreme Court and instead of undergoing a jail term is relaxing at home in airconditioned comfort. One thing is crysat clear. In India the Judiciary including the Supreme Court have a different set of laws for the rich and poor. I wonder how many stay on punishment the Supreme Court has given to poor litigants who have no money. The Judiciary more than any other aspect of Indian life needs a thorough overhaul and if that means sending 50% of the judges home so be it.

Is Raj Thackeray Correct: All Crimes of Rape and Murder are done by Biharis?

Raj Thacheray is a politician who is prone to making sensational and provocative statements. For this many FIR’s have been filed against him. Not for a moment will I support Raj Thackeray, but having said that it is important we analyse the crimes of rape and women in India. Socio Economic Situation in Bihar There is no doubt that the socio economic situation in Bihar is bad. The caste divide is extreme, so much so that people will be surprised to know that in Patna even the Police billets are segregated on caste lines. The second point that must be emphasised is that Bihar is a feudal state where the women have been subjugated and made second class citizens. Add to this the caste equation and you have a deadly concoction of the worst case of socio economic scenario . Bihar is almost a lawless state, despite all efforts of Nitesh Kumar the state remains steeped in obscurantism and backwardness. Industrial production is nonexistent and jobs are difficult to come by. With the loss of the mineral rich areas to Jharkhand, Bihar has almost empty coffers. Poor Economy and Migration Thus the pressure to migrate to other states is extreme and many Biharis migrate to Delhi, Calcutta and Bombay for a livelihood. When this crowd leaves Bihar they mostly leave their families behind and work single in the metropolis. Conditioned by a feudal background these Bihar men are easily susceptible to crime. There is no doubt that a large number of crimes of rape and other sex related matters can be traced to people from Bihar. Unable to visualize a freedom of girls in dress and demeanour, that they have not seen in Bihar these Bihari workers are easily swayed and base thoughts come to them resulting in crimes of rape. Unfortunately this also applies to Eastern Utter Pradesh which is also the sister state of Bihar in terms of obscurantism and backwardness. Last Word Perhaps the only solution is to not only enact stringent laws, but also improve the socio- economic scenario in Bihar and UP. Incidentally it is not only Raj who has articulated these thoughts but the Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dixit has also earlier gone on record with the same observations. The fact is the Bihar and UP constitutes 40% of India’s population and curbing this menace of rape and crime by men of this state is no easy task

Can Modi be Countered ?

A rag tag opposoition is planning to oppose Narendra Modi. Most of the opponents are those who have been roundly defeated by the elctorate and had ambitions to be Prime minister. Among them are men like Nitesh kumar. This man thought he would be king( become Prime Minister). Unfortunately he over estimated himself and was soundly thrashed at the elections. In panic he joined up witha convicted criminal lalu Prasad Yadav( convicted in the Fodder scam) and is hoping he can survive the Modi avalanche. Most other leaders like Rahul Gandhi, Ms Mayawati, Mamta Bannerjee, Karunanidhi among other wont be able to make a come back for at least a decade , by which time we would be writing their obituary RIP

Ms jayalalitha has had her dreams Shattered

The special court in Bangalore sentenced Jayalalitha for a prison term of 4 years and also fined her Rs 100 crores and on failure to pay a further prison term of one year. What does this mean? It means that apart from the jail term, she is debarred to contest an election for 6 years and is immediately disqualified as a MLA as per the Peoples Representation Act. Theere is merit in the judgement of the court and the net effect is that this schemer has been effectively debarred for aspiring to be the Prime Minister of India. This was the ambition of the lady, to sit in the PM's chair. I wonder how a lady as corrupt as Jayalalitha could aspire to be the Prime Minister of India ? This is the bane of a democracy like India where the voters vote more on caste and secterian lines than on merit. God save India !

First Time in History The US has no Policy to Counter IS( Islamic State)

The ISIS ( Islamic State of Iraq and Syria) is now transformed into the IS( Islamic State). It is an organization that has split from it parent organization the Al Qaeda, but its doubly fearsome as it has a dedicated following and its appeal for an Islamic Caliphate runs across all sections of Sunni Muslims. I say Sunni Muslims , because the very nature of the IS precludes any accomodation with the minorities or the Shia minority in Islam.

Thus the IS is waging a two front war, one against the decadent West and second against the Shia and other minorities. The IS is getting recruits from all over the world. Large numbers from the UK and the USA have enrolled to fight for the IS. In fact the recent beheadings of 2 American reporters were the handiwork of two British Muslims. Obviously these men kept their faces covered as they feared reprisel and like all cowards they want to live.Yet these men have been identified and one hopes they can be brought to justice. 'Brought to justice' is a fine phrase, but who will execute this?

The one power capable of taking on the Sunni fanatics is the USA and strangely with Obama at the helm of affairs a strange paralysis has encompassed the US government. They have no policy to counter the IS and Obama has admitted this in so many words. Its frightening that the number 1 power is clueless how to deal with the IS except a sporadic aerial bombardment that is not having the desired effect.

The USA under Obama is more like a toothless tiger and I feel the American think tank must be berefit of ideas. Otherwise they would never have toppled two bulwarks aagainst al Qaeda and its ilk namely Gaddafi and Saddam Hussein. By toppling the USa has opened a can of worms that will enter in the long run the US stomach. They continue their shortsightedness by opposing Assad. The so called moderate Islamic rebels the US is arming are the very men who sold the US correspondent to the IS for $ 25000-30000. What a mess created as this poor man was beheaded and a video circulated. America needs a great President now, one who can salvage US pride and face the danger of a resurgent Sunni Islam. Obama is not the man,

I wonder how the American people could have voted in a man who is half Muslim and studied in a Madrasa( Islamic religious School) for 2 years.

Arvind Kejriwal: The man who sought the crown of India when it didnt fit him

Arvind Kejriwal is a Humpty Dumpty. The famous nursery rhyme says that that " Humpty Dumpty sat on a wall, Humpty Dumpty had a great fall and all the kings horses and men could not put Humpty Dumpty together again". This sums up Arvind Kejriwal. This man opposed Shiela Dixit the Delhi Chief Minister and won. He thought he would similarly trounce Narendra Modi at Varanasi and that victory would catapult him to the chair of the Prime Minister of India. Unfortunately Kejriwal lost , in fact he lost his deposit and wasn't much of a challenge to Narendra Modi. Along with this his party candidates were humiliated everywhere and it is reported they lost deposits to the tune of Rs one crore. Kejriwal must understand that outlandish statements and rhetoric is not anything that will take him far. He seems to be a man consumed by hatred and that is apparant in his conduct and speeches. So sad, as like Humpty Dumpty Kejriwal will have years in isolation.

Narendra Modi May be the Greatest Indian PM after Nehru

Jwaharlal Nehru led India for 17 years before a stab by China, broke his heart and he died. But despite some glaring blunders where he was outclassed by Mao and General Ayub, Nehru gave India the foundation of the present democracy. After Nehru a series of nondescript prime ministers appeared and that includes Indira Gandhi who divided India on basis of religion. There are men who will go in the dustbin of history, like IK Gujral, Charan Singh, Dev Gowda and one or two more like Manmohan Singh. No leader of stature emrged and its only now that Narendra Modi has appeared on the scene. He has revitalized the Indian mind and it looks like that India is on the up with this man at the helm of affairs. Modi has a great chance to make history and I hope he will not be found wanting .

Defeat of Congress party is end of Cronyism and "Chamchagiri

An important fallout of the likely Comgress defeat is the end of cronyism or as we say in hindi CHAMCHAGIRI. The man who led all India in this is the Prime Minister Man Mohan Singh. Having a zero political base  Man Mohan Singh became a toady of the Gandhi family. He always said "Yes sir, yes sir 3 bags full...".

India must move forward and forget about the decade under Congress rule as bad dream with only corruption, nepotism and cronyism to show. PROGRESS? Dont ask about it.
Will modi be better. So far he has had a very short stint, but the men who surround Modi him perhaps won't let him clean the stables which stink.

Defeat of Congress is end of Nehru Dynastic Rule

The Congress party in all probability will be defeated. It will also be the lowest tally ever. What does this portend? It means the complete failure and rejection of Rahul Gandhi ny the electorate. It also means that the Charisma and elan of Gandhi-Nehru family is finally over.

in a way its good thing as India was a laughing stock in the world where the person holding the reins of power was a Italian. I could die laughing on a bed of nails at this ludicrous scenario. It can happen only in India

How Does a Women Feel Living in Purdah and being a Second Wife

I had read that Muslim personal law which is very much in force in Middle East allows a man to have 4 wives. During my stay in the UAE, I also saw many local women wearing the Burkha that covered their face hands and body leaving only the eyes free. I wondered how these women felt in living a life in a Burkha and as part of a harem. I had my chance as I met and became friends with a woman in Dubai, who I met at the beauty parlor. I asked her this question.
She hesitated to reply but over a cup of coffee bared her heart to me. She was the younger wife of a man who was double her age and she didn’t like it one bit. She was also not happy with the Burkha, but she was forced to wear one when stepping out and she could not do anything about it. She hated multiple marriages with the same man, but again she had no say and living the wife of a man already married was not what she liked. She disliked being undressed before another nude wife for love. I am appalled. What is the solution?

Kejriwal is a big Balloon

Arvind kejriwal has tried to change the rules of politics in India. He has tried many tricks, but a close look at his actions will reveal that he is consumed by passion to be the Prime Minister of India. Nothing wrong with it , except the methods he has used smack of something devious. he criticizes the Congress, yet secretly he almost shakes their hand. Just look at the way he backed down during the recent dharna on the removal of the Police personnel. He accepted the face saver given by the Congress party and has now aligned with them against the BJP. In short Kejriwal is a big balloon and like a balloon he will burst

Prime Minister Manmohan Singh has Shown Petulant and Servility

Prime Minister Manmohan Singh addressed a press conference on 3rd January. This was his last press conference as he had been told in no uncertain terms that he must make way for Rahul Gandhi. The PM in the conference looked forlorn and lost.

One thing that stood out a mile is that the PM had his script dictated by someone else. He in a colorless way attacked Narendra Modi hurling choicest barbs at him. So unlike the sardar.  Obviously he had been told to mouth these cliches. Being a political feather weight with no mass following among people and party, Manmohan showed he never had any spine.

He tried to gloss over the rampant corruption under him. It is a fact that cabinet ministers partook of this loot, yet the sardar claimed that ' all is well'. History will not forgive him his softness and even connivence with all round corruption.Under

Having no mass following of his own, he was petulant of the mass following of Narendra Modi who is a peoples leader. Hence his frustrated outburst against Modi.

But he took the cake when he said that 42 :year old Rahul Gandhi is the best material for Prime Minister. Could he have had guts to say anything else? Its good this man who could not even win a  Panchayat election, let alone a parliamentary seat will go. We should thank him for it.

I have one last point. Manmohan Singh is a Sikh, yet he joined the very party that stood by when thousands of Sikhs were massacred in India. What has this man to say about all this?

Nitesh Kumar Has Cooked his own Goose by Leaving the BJP

Politics in Bihar is always volatile. A case in point is Nitesh Kumar. This man to my mind has shot his bolt at the wrong time. His dictate for his action is his desire to be the Prime Minister of India and along with it is a big J. The man is simply jealouse of Narendra Modi and his rise like a Phoenix in Indian politics. Nitesh parted company with BJP hoping the Congress will align with him. But the Congress party has given him the boot and allied with Lalu Prasad Yadav, who has vowed to crush Nitesh. Lalu is out on bail and he is still a potent force. Nitesh thus I feel is the loser. The next general election may well see him marginalized. It may be a sad end for Nitesh Kumar who has allowed his personal liking and disliking to influence his actions. The Modi Jaggurnaut will roll and Nitesh is likely to be crushed. Its not good to be jealouse in life.
