Hummarabi was an ancient king of what is known as modern Iraq. He is famous for a code called popularly as the code of Hummarabi. The essence of this code was "An eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth". I am afraid this code looks to be working in Pakistan's bid to wrest Kashmir.
Pakistan feels greatly wronged at the break away of East Pakistan from Pakistan and the formation of the state of Bangladesh. There is no doubt that Bangladesh would never have been ceated in case the Indian army had not fought along with the Mukti Bhani. There is also no doubt that Indian army special forces were operating inside East Pakistan long before actual hostilities had commenced.
This is galling to Pkistan and they are out for revenge. Thus the infilteration of so called Mujahadin and terror groups into the valley.' Pakistan is seeking revenge and trying to play the India card like India did in East Pakistan. But ground realities are dfferent as the Indian army is showing restraint in Kashmir unlike the Pak army which had gone on a rampage in East Paksitan. The watchword there was rape and killings.
Thus Pakistgan may seek revenge but the chances of sucess in Kashmir ARE ALMOST ZERO.
